Hannah Lopez is a singer-songwriter born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona and has since turned into a social media coordinator and marketing guru for young entrepreneurs and aspiring artists.
With a larger than life voice, Hannah developed a talent for singing at a very young age, so her parents stuck a guitar in her hands at the age of 10. She currently is unsigned, managing herself as an independent artist and gigging weekly. She started gigging in high school at 15 years old, getting her start at a nearby taco shop, where she’d play every Friday for $20. Since then, she has played on stages all over the valley solo and with her band, Hannah Lopez & the Luck-eez. She has rocked and headlined Alice Cooperstown, The Rogue Bar, Rock Bar, various music festivals such as the Mesa Music Fest, and various bars and venues along Mill Ave and Downtown Phoenix. Hannah was highlighted as an artist in the ASU State Press, and her band was chosen to compete in ASU’s battle of the bands.
Hannah can be considered something of an “old soul.” From an early age, she was inspired by artists such as Janis Joplin, Gladys Knight, Grace Slick, and Aretha Franklin. Although she likes to rock, Hannah has a deep love for the blues. You can get a feel for her unique sound by checking out her CD, “The Unlucky One,” featuring moody raw and live acoustic recordings of her own originals. She plans on releasing her first album soon.
